ITINERARY: For our 2009 safari, we have carefully selected three outstanding camps in South Africa based upon the richness of the game, the quality of our guides and our personal comfort in the camps.

We have selected an ideal time of year to view Africa's wildlife. Exceptional guides take us by Land Rover into the bush to enjoy up-close views of curious giraffes, herds of zebras, sleek leopards, stately elephant families, cheetah, prides of lions, snorting hippos and the many species of antelopes and extraordinary birdlife. Almost every guest tells us, as they conclude their safari, that they had no idea how much they would enjoy the experience - it was the finest travel experience of their lifetime!

A few safari highlights:

• Accommodations for this journey are in superb 'chalets' or lodges, each with private bathrooms, in three of South Africa's finest game camps.

• Two game drives each full day in our game camps - seating in the open safari vehicles (typically Land Rovers) is arranged such that you'll enjoy an unobstructed view. (Subject to times of arrival and departure.)
