	Heather Costello Expert Bio A veteran of 17 years with Cruise Masters / Concierge Travel advisors, Heather completed the training and testing to become a Certified Travel Agent. During a brief stint working for Nike's corporate travel division, Heather inspected hotels in Hong Kong as well as at a number of locations in the United States. Heather manages our staff and interfaces with many of our suppliers. Through her endeavors, you often receive extra benefits that come from her negotiations and relationships. Heather has negotiated, worked with and hosted large groups (over 500 guests), our Signature Journeys (under 20 guests) and thrives on creating travel arrangements that bring you wonderful experiences. During her free time, Heather enjoys cooking, entertaining and her new baby. My Recent Trips Heather has traveled throughout the world including Hong Kong, Mexico, Bermuda, the Caribbean, the Panama Canal as well as throughout the Aegean and Scandinavia. Heather's recent cruise on the Danube from Budapest to Germany sold her on the concept of river cruising -- she's passionate about the unique experience.
	Angie Aguilar Pease Interests & Specialties Angie particular enjoys the culture and beauty of the Yucatan Peninsula as well as Mexico's Mayan Riviera, Guadalajara, Puerto Vallarta and Baja California. Angie is passionate as well about travel in South Africa, whether it’s exploring the cities or experiencing the region’s magnificent wildlife up close on safari. During her free time Angie enjoys watching independent films, reading books for her book club and learning more about photography. Her favorite pastime is, of course, traveling! Expert Bio During her eight years with Cruise Masters / Concierge Travel Advisors, Angie has become a world class travel advisor. She has created wonderful vacation packages for her travelers on countless cruises, African safaris, archeological visits to the Yucatan, extended travel through South America, round-the-world adventures by private jet, helicopter-flights over Sicily and much more. Raised in southern Arizona, Angie has traveled through Mexico for more than 25 years. Based upon her studies, extensive testing and travel experience, the Travel Institute recently named her as a Certified Destination Specialist for Mexico. In addition the Mexico Tourist Board recently named her to their elite 16-member team of professional travel consultants -- a great honor. Recently Angie spent considerable time exploring beautiful Cape Town (South Africa) followed by inspection of several 5-star safari camps. She remains brimming with passion for Africa, its people and the safari experience. Also Angie has enjoyed great travels in South Africa, Alaska and Canada. 	Nanette Padero Expert Bio Raised in Idaho, Nanette began her travel career with Cruise Masters/Concierge Travel Advisors in 1995. She soon emerged as one of our most popular travel specialists based upon her knowledge and the personal care she devotes to each traveler. Nanette has hosted groups in Alaska and throughout the Aegean. She (together with her husband) has received warm accolades for their role as hosts for our exclusive Signature Journeys. Based upon her experience and testing, Nanette has earned industry status as a Certified Travel Agent. My Recent Trips Nanette has cruised extensively on Holland America, Princess Cruises, Silversea Cruises, Regent Seven Seas and Cunard. She particular enjoys the Mediterranean and the Aegean countries. She and her family visit Hawaii regularly.

	Emily Wilson Expert Bio Raised in Salem, OR, Emily came to Cruise Masters/Concierge Travel Advisors with over 5 years of customer service experience and a variety of personal travel adventures. Growing up, Emily took many trips with her family to Canada, Hawaii, London and Germany. As a student at University of Portland, Emily spent 6 months living abroad in Milan, Italy. During this amazing experience she also spent time visiting Paris, Greece, Amsterdam and other destinations throughout Italy. While in Milan, Emily loved to visit the city’s magnificent cathedral, the Duomo, in the center of the city to visit her favorite gelateria and to see all the famous Italian designers’ shops and homes. This even included a special “field trip” planned by an Italian professor to the Armani Café! Before coming to Cruise Masters/Concierge Travel Advisors, Emily worked for Nordstrom as a sales associate where she learned the importance of creating great relationships and providing excellent customer service. In her free time Emily loves to shop, travel, entertain friends, and visit family.
