Journey directly: We find it very rewarding to intensify our visits to an interesting region instead of bouncing from city to city. For example, on several occasions we based ourselves in a luxurious villa in Tuscany to really explore the towns, villages and the countryside around us. We returned with more understanding and appreciation for the Tuscan lifestyle. (We also had a great time!) Finally, after two trips and many days of exploration, we've found a magnificent villa in France's fabled Provence. From this comfortable home - and it really is a home since you can raid the refrigerator or help yourself to a glass of wine at any time - we'll explore magnificent towns, hillside villages, follow the trail of Cezanne and Van Gogh and immerse ourselves into the pleasures of the French "Joy of life". We'll strive to take you truly inside France, to meet the baker, dine with a French family learn the passion for truffle hunting or develop a taste for a glass of pastis. Before we arrive at our villa, we'll spend four days in lovely Burgundy. We'll taste the legendary wines, and savor superb cuisine as we explore wonderful places such as Beaune, Dijon and Vezelay. This journey is limited to a maximum of 20 guests.
Join your family with Cruise Masters family for a lifetime of memories at two of Africa's best game camps. See Africa's Big Five - lions, leopards, cape buffalo, elephant and rhino - up close and personal, far from the crowds and stay in superb 'chalets', each with private bathrooms. Most of our guests tell us that this is their finest travel experience ever. Oregon's Finnish Consul Paul Niskanen personally hosts this insider's look at at the best of the Baltic. A number of experiences are included that will transform a good cruise into an exceptional journey. Your hosts take you through the Baltic to Stockholm, Helsinki, magnificent St. Petersburg, the emerging Baltic States of Estonia, Latvia and Poland (to name a few destinations). You'll meet the locals and enjoy private experiences unavailable to others. It's an extraordinary journey that earns special recognition each year in Conde Nast Traveler magazine when Cruise Masters is named one of their top 125 Travel Specialists in the United States.
When was the last time you planned something special, just for you? It's time to stretch ourselves with activities from morning meditation to yoga classes and cooking demonstrations to healthy lifestyles for weight management. It's time for facials, massage, pedicures, manicures and body wraps. It's time for great healthy food, reading, writing and chatting with girlfriends. Includes $1000 per person per week for spa treatments or golf plus $250 retail boutique credit!
Imagine autumn's golden sun illuminating the white and blue geometric homes perched at the edge of Santorini's cliffs. Locals call this time of year the Velvet season because summer's heat has faded from scorching to pleasant and summer's crush of visitors has gone home. Late October typically means deep blue skies for your photos and pleasantly uncrowded streets. In Istanbul, a fascinating city entwined with fascinating cultures, we'll board one of the world's great ships, the all-suite, all balcony (and virtually all-inclusive) Seven Seas Voyager. During the course of the next week we'll explore the fascinating excavations at ancient Ephesus, enjoy the laid-back pleasures of Santorini and Mykonos, visit beautiful Rhodes and one of our favorite Greek cities, Navplion. We'll conclude our visit with two days in Athens at a fine first-class hotel. Cruise Masters' Heather Costello, knowledgeable in this region, hosts this voyage. We've also included airport-to-ship transfers in Europe, full day private excursions in Istanbul and Rhodes and half day excursions in Ephesus and in Athens. Regent Seven Seas offers complimentary beverages, four separate restaurants to choose from, includes free airfare from most U.S. gateways and all your onboard gratuities. It's quite a trip! NEW!
Next, we sail 17 days on the all-suite, all balcony Seven Seas Mariner from Singapore to Sydney. While many cruise ships visit Australia, our journey takes us to places far removed from the normal ports of call. En route to Australia, we'll stop to visit the lush island of Java, then continue to one of the world's most idyllic isles - lovely Bali. We think you'll find the colorful Balinese people charming and filled with grace. After two leisurely days at sea we visit Perth, then work our way around the southern coastline of the continent then sail northward to Albany, Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney. We have designated this as one of our Diamond Signature Journeys, meaning that just about everything is included in the price including club-floor rooms in deluxe hotels, superb cuisine with fine wines, nearly every excursion (most of them private for our guests), nearly every gratuity, special events and privileges, coach airfare and a 17-day cruise in a lovely suite with a private balcony.
